We can offer all of our clients our very own bespoke Document Management System.

This is a feature rich web based system that allows you to manage your documents from wherever you are with just the use of a web browser.

We offer two different deployment options:

Fully Managed Service

Our fully managed service means the system will be hosted on our encrypted servers and as such all maintenance and support tasks such as backup / hard drive replacement will be performed by us. You will have access to the system via a secure website 24/7.

This option provides you with peace of mind knowing the system is in good hands and lets you concentrate on your business.

There is a small initial setup fee with this option and then you simply pay a monthly subscription based on the number of users you have.

Non Managed Service

The non-managed options means the system will be hosted on your own network and as such all maintenance and support tasks such as backup / hard drive replacement will be performed by yourself. It is your responsibility to maintain the server and database.

There is just a single one off payment for this option which includes installation, free technical support and unlimited users.
