About Document Scan

Document Scan are a North Devon based document scanning company providing document scanning and electronic storage solutions to both public and private businesses across England and Wales.

Document Scan is owned and operated by I.T professionals who have been working within the I.T industry for over 17 years, in particular within the legal I.T sector.

During this time we have been heavily involved in document scanning and responsible for the creation and management of in-house scanning departments for multi-branch law firms.

In 2007 and after many years of working within the legal I.T sector for various solicitors firms the directors decided to set up their own I.T consultancy and web development company called Web Based Solutions. We successfully built up a solid client base, providing I.T support to a wide variety of businesses across North Devon, including solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.

In 2010 we decided to expand our business and started to offer document scanning services to local businesses before being approached by a large multi-branch law firm. Following several meetings and a free trial of our service the client was suitably impressed with the quality and professionalism of our service, not to mention our highly competitive pricing structure - Document Scan was born!

We now provide document scanning solutions for numerous firms of solicitors, financial advisors, finance departments and general businesses across the south west of England.
